• Furthermore, there will be no content description on the outside of the parcel, only the carrier label will be displayed.
• As a result, no one besides you will know the nature of the contents inside.
• So absolutely no indication as to the contents.
• Just the buyer’s name, delivery address, and postal stamp on the parcel.
• No one can see through or feel it what is inside the packet.

How Will My Package Be Sent?

Most orders will be delivered by Royal Mail postal service. All orders are sent in plain, discreet packaging to prevent anyone from guessing what’s inside the parcel or who it’s from.

Every product inside the package is securely wrapped and packaged tightly, ensuring they’ll be in perfect condition when they arrive.

What Will Be Written On My Package?

Attached to your package will be a discreet generic Royal Mail shipping label. Your delivery name and address will be provided, as well as our discreet return address. The sender’s name will be displayed as Simply Online Ltd, including our Leicester address. Your privacy will always be respected and your delivery will always be discreet.

What Will My Package Look Like?

Your package will always be 100% private and discreet. It will look like any other ordinary package you would receive in the mail. There is absolutely no way of telling what’s in your package or the type of business we are in.

International Delivery Shipping Policy

All products are sold on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis. The buyer is responsible for import clearance and any applicable local taxes or import duties. Local delivery partners may also charge fees for processing import duties if any due in your country. 

• Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. 
• You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that needs to be paid.
• In addition, any charges for import clearance will be paid by you, the customer.
• These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. 
• Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
• We cannot guarantee a delivery date for overseas orders.

Please Note: International delivery cost will not be refunded if the parcel is returned to us in the below circumstance. Only the original Product cost will be refunded.
