This is growth between June 2022 and January 2023. U can see the growth in seven months. I also have taken biotin capsules for years. Also, I have only flat ironed my hair once in seven months. I try to wear natural, so I’m sure that also helped. I’m on my second round of oil and I usually boil my clove mixture every other week it lasts for a while in the fridge.
